Back Office Analyst/Sales Support

Summary:

Mikro Kapital is an asset management Group established under Luxembourg law in 2008. It is under EU regulation (for the companies of the Group based in Luxembourg) and securities have been admitted to trading on the Euro MTF market and have been listed on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Mikro Kapital, a fast-growing network of companies internationally, offering a range of financial services which includes micro finance, leasing, factoring, car-sharing and wealth management services, with more than 1600 employees in different countries. For our Swiss Company General Invest, we are recruiting a qualified professional for the position of Back Office Analyst/Sales Support, to be based in Lugano and reporting to the Investor Relationship Manager.

Essential Duties:

  • Customer Acquisition Support
  • Operations Matching and Managing payments cycle
  • Sales Data Analysis and Forecasting
  • Budget Previsions
  • Sales Contract Preparation

Qualifications:

Degree in economics or finance

At least 3-5 years’ experience working specifically in the researched position or similar (Sales Assistant)

Required:

Solid IT Skills: Excel and PowerPoint

Good command of English language

Knowledge of Microfinance

Aptitude:

Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with customers, colleagues, staff, and external contacts, and work effectively, quickly and independently in a professional team environment.
